Beyond Milk Lactation provides compassionate, personalized breastfeeding support to families throughout southern Orange County. Led by Ariana Lapierre, an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), the practice helps parents and babies identify the causes of feeding challenges and find practical solutions suited to their goals. Services include prenatal consultations, postpartum lactation consultations, in-home visits, lactation doula support, and a support group.

Ariana assists with concerns such as painful breastfeeding, milk supply, fast letdown, infant feeding difficulties, suspected tongue or lip ties, slow weight gain, pumping and bottle-feeding challenges, and transitions home from the NICU. Care is described as comprehensive and judgment-free, with the aim of making feeding less stressful and improving the breastfeeding experience. Support is available across communities including San Clemente, Dana Point, Mission Viejo, Laguna Niguel, and parts of Irvine, among others.

The practice notes that lactation care is often covered by insurance and that many PPO plans are accepted. Home visits beyond the standard service area may incur a travel fee
