Beyond Speaking Rehab

Beyond Speaking Rehab Specialists is a bilingual provider of speech-language evaluations and therapy for children and adults with communication delays or impairments. Founded with patients’ needs in mind, the practice emphasizes individualized, client-centered and culturally competent care, recognizing that each person has different strengths and goals. Its team aims to help clients build communication skills, independence and autonomy.

Services include speech therapy for toddlers and school-age children, addressing receptive language, such as understanding and comprehension, and expressive language, including speaking. For students, therapy targets communication challenges that may affect participation in the curriculum and school performance. For adults, treatment supports the recovery of functional communication skills following a stroke or trauma, with the goal of helping clients communicate as independently as possible. Telehealth services are also available.

The organization’s website invites families and individuals to schedule evaluations and highlights speech, occupational and physical therapy evaluations. Beyond Speaking Rehab Specialists encourages clients to lead their own progress, with therapy goals guiding the care provided.
