BeYourBody Academy

BeYourBody Academy is a school for people who want to explore body awareness and train for a profession guiding others through personal change. Its educational approach is based on the Grinberg Method, which uses attention to the body to help people recognize automatic reactions and develop their capacity to choose how they respond. The Academy describes touch as an educational language, combined with verbal guidance to direct a client’s attention; it distinguishes this practice from therapy.

The school offers a structured, intensive, residential training program lasting three years. Students learn to develop body attention, perception and will, and to support clients in pursuing goals they choose for themselves. After completing the first year and gaining certification, graduates may practise as first-level professionals and receive payment. The program is presented as open to applicants without prior academic qualifications and accessible to students living elsewhere or abroad. BeYourBody Academy also shares information about the method, training presentations and student questions through its website.
