The practice uses a systemic, resource-oriented, and solution-focused approach. Services for private relationships include couples therapy and counseling, marriage counseling, sex therapy, support with decisions about staying together or separating, family therapy, and systemic therapy for individuals. Life coaching helps clients clarify goals and work toward them in a structured way.

For professional relationships, Lösungsart offers systemic coaching, business coaching for leaders and entrepreneurs, team coaching, and supervision, including for people in social, educational, and medical fields. The practice also supports organizations facing changes in responsibilities, roles, and decision-making. Rather than prescribing ready-made answers, Kornelia Schöning provides a respectful, confidential setting where clients can explore concerns and develop solutions suited to their circumstances and pace.
