Źródła Bezpiecznych Więzi

Źródła Bezpiecznych Więzi is a registered healthcare provider operating an outpatient addiction treatment clinic in Wejherowo, Poland. The clinic offers psychotherapeutic support for adults and young people experiencing difficulties related to alcohol, psychoactive substances, gambling, and other compulsive behaviours. It also supports family members and loved ones, including people concerned about someone else’s substance use and adults reflecting on the effects of growing up in a family affected by addiction.

The clinic works with people at different stages of change, from uncertainty about whether there is a problem to more focused therapeutic work. Its approach emphasizes a safe relationship, goals agreed together, respect for each person’s pace, and interventions grounded in current scientific knowledge and clinical experience. Support may address substance use, difficulties controlling behaviours, relapse, and challenges in personal or family relationships. Parents can also seek guidance about children’s increasing use of phones, computers, or games. A first step can be a free, 30-minute consultation that does not commit the person to therapy.
