Bindungsorientierte Familienbegleitung Anja Roth provides family-centered support for parents navigating breastfeeding, complementary feeding, and infant and toddler sleep. Based in Augsburg, Germany, Anja Roth offers consultations at families’ homes in Augsburg and the surrounding area, as well as by phone and online. The website also lists courses and workshops in Augsburg and online.

Roth is a certified BFB® attachment-oriented family companion and an FSL® specialist in breastfeeding and lactation. Her approach is individual, respectful, and grounded in current scientific knowledge. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all advice, she considers each child’s development, the family’s circumstances, and the needs and resources of everyone involved. Consultations provide a non-judgmental space to discuss questions, concerns, and everyday challenges, with guidance tailored to the family.

The service does not offer sleep training or promise specific outcomes, and consultations are not a substitute for medical or psychological care. Roth emphasizes professional boundaries, confidentiality, and referrals to other qualified professionals when an issue falls outside her expertise.
