BGAPMEA, the Bangladesh Garments Accessories & Packaging Manufacturers & Exporters Association, was established on 4th June 1991, and is registered with the Ministry of Commerce. With a total of 1826 members as of October 31, 2021, BGAPMEA is affiliated with the Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce & Industry. The association is also a member of the Asian Packaging Federation and the World Packaging Organization. Initially known as BCCAMEA, the association was renamed to BGAPMEA with a focus on garments, accessories, and packaging.
