Through our Endlagersuche initiative, we conduct research, gather relevant data, and engage in stakeholder dialogue to identify suitable locations for the repository. In addition, BGE manages the Schachtanlage Asse II, a former salt mine that previously served as a repository for radioactive waste. We are committed to its stabilization and ongoing monitoring.
