About BGRacing
Get to know Ben Gurion Racing (BGRacing), the dynamic and talented formula student group of Ben-Gurion University. Comprised of 30-50 students from diverse fields like business management and engineering, BGRacing is passionate about designing and building commercially viable single-seat prototype racecars.
As an active participant in the annual international competition organized by the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE International), BGRacing showcases their innovative designs to engineering students from around the globe. Their impressive track record includes notable achievements such as securing 1st place among new teams in FSAE Italy, ranking 8th in the international competition (making history as the highest score achieved by an Israeli team), and earning the prestigious 'Driving the Future Award' by DRiV™ in FSA Italy 2019.
While initially focusing on combustion vehicles, BGRacing now concentrates on electric cars, with the goal of achieving autonomous control in the near future.
