BIAT, the Business Incubation Association in Tripoli, is a not-for-profit organization that was established in 2006. With the assistance and backing of an EU funded project at the Ministry of Economy and Trade of Lebanon, BIAT has become a vital resource for entrepreneurs and businesses in Tripoli and beyond. BIAT's main objective is to support and guide entrepreneurs through the process of starting a new business or making major decisions in existing firms.
