Bible Society of Kenya (BSK) is a non-sectarian and non-denominational organization registered under the Societies Act. They serve all Christian Churches, Para-Church Organizations, and individuals. BSK's mission is to innovatively translate, publish, and advocate for the widest use of Holy Scriptures.

BSK has a rich history that dates back to 1844, when the translation of the Bible into Kimvita Kiswahili began. Since then, BSK has grown tremendously and is now a committed member of the United Bible Societies (UBS) fellowship. BSK offers various products and services, including Bible translations in 21 local languages.

They currently have 4 Bible translations in progress, such as Teso, Banyala, Mwimbi Muthambi, and Gikuyu Study Bible. Additionally, BSK engages in Bible advocacy, literacy programs for women in Africa, Braille Bible distribution, and programs for healing trauma and tackling alcoholism. They also have membership options available for individuals, corporate organizations, couples, children, and students.
