Bicicultura CRL is a nonprofit cooperative founded in 2019 and based in Lisbon, Portugal. It is a centre for education, promotion and innovation in active mobility, bringing together multidisciplinary expertise to develop projects that support lively public spaces, social cohesion, health and the economy. Working with partners and clients, the cooperative delivers practical initiatives designed to create meaningful change in how people move and use their communities.

Its services include public-space placemaking through parklets, school mobility programmes, cycling education, behaviour-change initiatives, community-building events, applied research, cycling infrastructure planning and incubation of sustainable mobility projects. Bicicultura also operates a bicycle library, or Veloteca, for public experimentation, regular use and educational activities. Its projects include bicycle trains that help children travel to school, the sParqs parklets that turn parking spaces into places for people, and Negócios com Pedalada, which supports microbusinesses using bicycles, including cargo bikes. The organisation also connects people through podcasts, gatherings, events and cycling activities, encouraging knowledge-sharing and wider participation in active mobility.
