Bicielx

Bicielx is a municipal bike-sharing service launched by the City Council of Elche and managed by Promociones e Iniciativas Municipales de Elche S.A. (PIMESA). Designed to promote sustainable mobility, Bicielx offers residents and visitors an individualized, automated bicycle transport system for convenient urban travel. Available 24/7, the service boasts 56 strategically located bike stations, with plans to expand to an additional 55 stations throughout the city and its outskirts in 2024.

Users can easily rent bikes using a Bicielx card or by linking a Bonobús card while adhering to safety regulations. The service aims not only to facilitate environmentally-friendly transportation but also to educate users through courses on road regulations and safe cycling practices. With a waiting time of just 10 minutes between bike rentals, Bicielx is committed to making sustainable travel accessible and efficient for all. Whether you're commuting or exploring, Bicielx offers a practical and eco-conscious alternative to traditional transport.
