BidBuilders

BidBuilders is a UK grant-bidding service from All One Planet Ltd, created to help small charities, CICs and community groups spend less time on funding applications and more time delivering their work. It matches organisations with small-grant funders based on their type, size, activities, funding needs and location, then prepares an application draft using information gathered through a detailed questionnaire. Every draft is reviewed and edited by a person, with gaps flagged rather than invented, and is usually returned within 10 working days. Each application includes one round of revisions, while the organisation remains responsible for checking and submitting it.

BidBuilders covers grants of up to about £20,000 and lists opportunities such as National Lottery Awards for All, community foundations, council funds and supermarket schemes. Organisations can start a questionnaire and explore funder matches for free. Paid membership offers one drafted application per month: the Charter package provides six months for £150, while monthly membership is £49 during the beta period. The service charges no commission on grants won.
