Bien-Naitre

La Maison du Bien-Naître is a perinatal support practice in Saint-Égrève, near Grenoble, serving expectant and new parents across the surrounding area. Founded by Emma Pajot, a state-certified nurse and perinatal care practitioner, the practice offers personalized, non-judgmental guidance from late pregnancy through a child’s early development. Sessions take place by appointment at the Pôle Santé in a calm, welcoming clinic.

Services include therapeutic swaddled baby bathing, baby massage instruction, pregnancy massage, foot reflexology, advice on breastfeeding, and support with physiological babywearing. Parents can also receive guidance on their baby’s sensory development and movement. The sessions focus on practical skills families can use at home, as well as reassurance and attentive support tailored to each family’s needs.

The practice complements, rather than replaces, medical care from doctors, midwives, or pediatricians. Emma draws on her nursing background to recognize when a concern requires medical attention and to direct families to the appropriate professional. The clinic serves Saint-Égrève, Grenoble, and communities across the Grenoble area and Grésivaudan.
