BIEN NAITRE

Biennaître is a perinatal care and wellbeing centre in Alzingen, Luxembourg, supporting women, expectant parents and families through pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period. Founded by midwife Danielle Federspiel-Haag, the practice brings together a multidisciplinary team that includes midwives, an osteopath and a psychologist, with services tailored to individual needs.

Its offerings include birth preparation classes, individual midwife consultations, perineal rehabilitation and DreamBirth® preparation for a positive birth experience. The centre also provides prenatal and postnatal Yin Yoga, sophrology, osteopathy, psychological support and massage. Midwifery services include guidance on pregnancy and postpartum care, while the team’s wider approach emphasizes information, professional support and wellbeing for parents and babies. Some consultations are covered by Luxembourg’s CNS according to applicable regulations; osteopathy and psychotherapy fees are not covered. Biennaître also contributes to Village Maman, a programme developed with MONDORF Domaine Thermal that combines relaxation, specialised treatments, professional support and information about parenthood.
