Bigallet is a French family-run producer of syrups and spirits, founded in 1872 and based in Isère at the foot of the Alps. For more than 150 years, the Maison Bigallet has developed its products through traditional craftsmanship, with natural ingredients and authentic flavours at the heart of its approach. Its syrup range includes around 60 flavours, alongside organic varieties and options with no added sugar.
Made without preservatives, the syrups highlight the taste of fruit and can be enjoyed with water or used in drinks and recipes. Bigallet also produces a broad selection of alcoholic beverages, including liqueurs made with fruit and plants, crème liqueurs, aperitifs and genépi. Its wine-based aromatic drinks are crafted using fruit infusions and distillates.
The brand shares cocktail ideas, recipes and information about its production through its website. Visitors can explore the company’s history, tour its workshops and shop at its site, while an online retailer locator helps customers find Bigallet products nearby
