Big Al's Burgers and Dogs in Fort Collins, CO is a brand that prides itself on offering delicious food while embracing sustainability and local art. The restaurant's unique atmosphere is created by repurposing and upcycling materials, giving each piece another chance to shine. Their tables and chairs are a collaboration with locally owned Wool Hat, featuring HeyWoodite Chairs from the Eames era.
These chairs were rescued from CSU, where they provided seating for lectures. The tables are made from the deconstructed Youth Activity Center Gym Flooring, which has been upcycled into a beautiful dining experience. As you enjoy your meal, you'll notice other reclaimed items like 1953 Sear's cabinets and transformed ceiling diffusers turned into light fixtures.
Big Al's Burgers and Dogs is dedicated to preserving history and creating a one-of-a-kind dining environment. Visit their location on W. Mountain Ave
