About Big Apple Herp
Welcome to BigAppleHerp. com, your go-to brand for all your reptile needs! Established in 1993 as Big Apple Herpetological, we fell in love with reptiles during the 'Jurassic Park' era when everyone seemed to be getting reptiles as pets. We wanted to provide the very best for our reptilian friends, but we found it challenging to find quality supplies and expert advice on reptile care.
Determined to fill this gap, we embarked on extensive research and gained a wealth of knowledge on proper reptile care. Today, we are one of the largest online retailers of live reptiles and feeders in the United States, serving customers including museums, zoos, and educational institutions. We are committed to bringing you innovative and superior animals, ensuring that reptile enthusiasts like you have access to everything you need.
