Big Balmy

The Big Balmy is a German food truck brand offering creative, authentic street food and catering for events. With several years of food truck experience, the team caters for weddings, corporate celebrations, public events and private gatherings, bringing freshly prepared food, a welcoming atmosphere and lively service to each occasion.

Its menu focuses on vegetarian and vegan burgers and bowls, alongside items such as sweet fries and house-made dips. The dishes are the team’s own creations and are prepared fresh in the food truck at the event. Ingredients are purchased fresh for each booking, and the brand highlights regional sourcing as well as vegetarian and vegan options across its burgers and bowls.

The Big Balmy invites customers to enquire about catering and arrange a food truck experience tailored to their event. Its approach combines convenient on-site cooking with an emphasis on flavour, fresh ingredients and friendly hospitality. Whether serving a workplace lunch or a larger celebration, the brand aims to make food a memorable part of the occasion.
