Huong Vo arrived in the US as a refugee after the Vietnam war and worked hard to support his family. He found solace in fishing, reminiscent of his village in Vietnam. In 1984, Huong began working as a fish cutter, quickly rising in his profession and gaining a deep knowledge of the seafood industry.
In 2012, Huong and his son Michael Vo opened Big Catch to continue their seafood legacy. As a family-operated business, they are proud to be your local neighborhood seafood purveyor. You can visit their retail store in Mt Holly, NJ, where you might even spot Huong perfecting his craft in the cutting room.
