Big Game Performance is a baseball training organization serving young athletes in the Myrtle Beach and Conway area and across the Carolinas. Led by former professional player and Division I standout Alex Buccilli, the brand draws on high-level playing and coaching experience to help players build skills, confidence, and a stronger understanding of the game. Its development philosophy emphasizes sound fundamentals, disciplined habits, game-speed practice, and preparation that carries onto the field.

Services include private instruction in hitting, fielding, mechanics, and individual development, as well as group training that combines skill work, repetition, and game-based learning. The organization also offers travel team development, including programs associated with the Ironbacks and Team Elite Platinum, and coaching in mental approach, focus, confidence, and baseball IQ. Training is designed for players at different stages, from those just starting out to athletes seeking to compete at a higher level. Big Game Performance presents its environment as positive, challenging, and player-focused, with instructors who provide individual attention, correction, encouragement, and guidance.
