Big Street Project is a movement and sports community based in Senec, Slovakia, welcoming children, young people and adults who want to develop their skills and enjoy being active. Its main focus is parkour and freerunning, with training for beginners and advanced athletes, tailored to participants’ abilities. Newcomers can request a free trial session.
The programme also includes a children’s movement foundation for ages five to eight, general sports gymnastics for children aged eight and older, and movement classes for adults focused on strength, fitness and mobility. Beyond its regular training, Big Street Project works with local primary schools to provide physical education sessions and runs the Pohyb Hrou project in kindergartens, introducing children to basic motor skills and movement through play. The community also hosts Big Street Session, an annual parkour gathering at Slnečné jazerá in Senec, featuring opportunities to practise, share skills and compete.
Through its classes, school and preschool projects, and community events, Big Street Project promotes movement and participation across age groups
