Bike4clubs

Bike4Clubs is an event partner specialising in professional sponsor cycling events that help clubs raise funds, engage sponsors and strengthen their networks. The company provides a complete, adaptable solution for both experienced organisers and clubs holding their first event, with guidance from early planning through production and delivery.

Its services combine modern watt bikes, custom-developed race software, large-screen visualisations, music and professional hosting. The software tracks race progress and team standings in real time while displaying fundraising totals. It can bring fixed sponsorships and contributions based on kilometres ridden or calories burned into one consolidated overview, and support live “lightning sponsorships” to encourage additional donations. Riders can also use the B4C app on a smartphone to view performance information such as position, speed and watt output.

Bike4Clubs manages the technical production and event delivery, helping organisers focus on sponsor relationships and participation. Events are tailored to a club’s ambitions, sponsor structure and financial goals, and are designed to create an energetic experience for riders, sponsors and spectators.
