Bike FM is dedicated to enhancing the biking experience in the Fargo-Moorhead area by providing essential resources for cyclists. This initiative, which stands for Bicycle Information, Knowledge, & Education, focuses on ensuring safe and enjoyable biking for all community members. Bike FM features a comprehensive array of services including detailed maps, information on local bike shops and rental services, and updates on road closures and biking events. A significant emphasis is placed on safety through educational campaigns that promote responsible biking practices.

Supported by the Fargo-Moorhead Metropolitan Council of Governments and affiliated with the Bicycle Alliance of Minnesota, Bike FM is an endeavor made possible by a collaboration of passionate individuals and agencies. The community is encouraged to engage actively, offering suggestions for improvements or reporting any hazards on local bikeways. Since 2014, the Fargo-Moorhead Metro Area has proudly held the title of a Bronze Bicycle Friendly Community, solidifying its commitment to developing a vibrant cycling culture.
