Bike Licence is a Czech professional education program for mountain bike instructors, offering a structured system of training accredited by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports. Its core instructor courses span three licence levels—ITC-D, ITC-C and ITC-B—and combine teaching methods, coaching and practical riding skills. The program aims to help instructors teach individual techniques and manoeuvres effectively, using targeted feedback, including photo and video analysis. It also emphasizes riding ability, assessing each client and recognizing safe limits.

For qualified graduates, Bike Licence provides further development through licence renewals, preparation for the ITC-C course and trail first-aid training. Specialist skill camps focus on jumps and drops, advanced technical riding and preparation to coach challenging terrain. The program also addresses teaching children, including methodology and psychology. Courses and events take place at locations such as Rychlebské stezky and Bike Park Kopřivná. The organization’s team includes experienced instructors, riders and competitors, and it collaborates with Palacký University, ČEMBA and PMBIA. Bike Licence also participates in international instructor education projects and congresses.
