Bilingual Speech

Bilingua Speech Therapy is a bilingual pediatric speech and language practice serving children and families in Chula Vista and surrounding South County San Diego communities. Founded by Dinah Marrujo, a bilingual English-Spanish speech-language pathologist and educator, the practice offers care in English, Spanish, or both, with respect for each family’s language and culture. Services are strengths-based, child-led, play-based, and family-centered, and are available at the Chula Vista therapy studio, in homes, and in other natural environments.

Support includes early intervention, individualized speech and language therapy, bilingual evaluations, and help with receptive and expressive language, speech, social and functional communication, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). The practice also offers parent coaching and family support, helping caregivers use practical strategies in everyday routines. Therapy builds on each child’s interests, abilities, and communication style to encourage connection and participation at home, school, and in daily life. Families may access eligible services through health insurance or the San Diego Regional Center, or choose private pay.
