Bimbo Bienestar is Grupo Bimbo’s employee wellness initiative, created to support the physical well-being and quality of life of its collaborators and their families. The program promotes healthy lifestyles through health self-care, physical activity, and participation in wellness activities. Its message reflects Grupo Bimbo’s stated commitment to valuing people and prioritizing employee safety and physical well-being in operational decisions.

The site features wellness challenges, including Reto Aliviánate, an individual three-month activity that encourages participants to pursue weight loss through a balanced diet and daily physical activity. Internal communications teams provide promoters with suggestions for incorporating exercise among employees during the challenge. The program also promotes the Reto “Disfruto mi vida,” part of the 2024 Wellness Program, which invites employees to take part in activities focused particularly on staying active. Bimbo Bienestar offers information and resources through sections such as Actívate and Tips, alongside contact and sign-in options. Its overall purpose is to encourage employees to participate, adopt healthier habits, and improve their quality of life.
