Bimbo Global Race Romania is part of a global running community that brings people together to exercise and support efforts to reduce hunger. Its annual event in Brașov welcomes runners, families, children, and friends, with participation open to people of different ages and abilities. The focus is on joining in, rather than running at a particular speed or distance.

For every participant, the organizers donate 20 slices of bread to people in need. The Romanian event has set a goal of donating 150,000 slices, turning race registrations into practical support for the community. Participants can choose from the available race options, and registration may remain open even when participation kits are sold out. In that case, a no-kit option is offered; race numbers and medals are available while supplies last.

Through its “We Run. We Donate.” initiative, Bimbo Global Race connects a shared sporting experience with a charitable cause, encouraging people to take part together and contribute to a better world.
