BIMD is a Warsaw-based engineering and technology company that supports buildings throughout their lifecycle, from early design to day-to-day operation. Founded in 2013, it combines building services design with proprietary software for remote monitoring and service management. Since 2018, its platform has monitored more than 3,000 sites online, providing round-the-clock oversight and alarms for refrigeration and HVAC systems. It also organizes service requests, tracks response targets, schedules inspections, and produces maintenance reports. The platform can read existing controllers or use wireless sensors, and offers energy analysis, reporting, parts management, secure VPN access, and ERP integrations.

BIMD designs sanitary and mechanical installations in 2D and 3D, using BIM to coordinate building systems and identify clashes before construction. Its services include design documentation, energy and economic analyses, energy audits and certificates, 3D laser surveys, 5D construction simulations, and design reviews. The company works across internal and external networks, including water, sewer, heating, ventilation, cooling, gas, fire protection, and specialist installations. Its clients include retail chains, property managers, service companies, architects, and investors.
