BIMLIB is an ecosystem of services that provides participants in investment-construction projects with efficient decision-making tools based on current, justified, and interconnected engineering information. Founded in 2015, our platform is designed to be a convenient daily tool for construction industry professionals. For engineers, our service allows them to use ready-made BIM components and models for augmented reality from manufacturers, compare products based on current engineering data directly in CAD, instantly find multiple product options based on CAD parameters, export specifications in PDF format according to GOST standards with hyperlinks to product pages, and save time by automatically recording actual product parameters to the original model.

For estimators, our platform enables the creation or import of estimates for updates, provides up-to-date prices at the time of updating, automatically selects a price list for cost justification in the estimate, links materials to cost rates based on ready-made online offers, automatically generates cost estimate documentation according to MDS 81-35 and PP 87 with cost justification volumes, and allows for the convenient development of individual cost estimate regulations for clients or general contractors. For manufacturers, our service provides statistics on the usage of products in projects, facilitates communication with engineers, supports the development of BIM components for products and custom libraries for future project sales, develops models for augmented reality, enables audits and the development of software solutions for engineers, and creates individual technological charts with operational control for construction monitoring. For suppliers of construction resources, our service provides detailed information on project requirements at early stages, provides planned cost for project resources if available, facilitates communication with estimators, and develops individual technological charts with operational control for construction.

Our current achievements include being official service providers of buildingSMART Data Dictionary (bSDD) services until 2021. We are working on improving international services related to interconnected data dictionaries and API development. We participate in working groups of buildingSMART International, contribute to the development of open standards, and serve as experts for the Commission on BIM technologies, digitalization, state registration of property rights, and cadastral registration under the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.

We also work closely with the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, integrating BIMLIB with the Industrial GIS and systematizing data from manufacturers. Collaborating with ROSATOM State Corporation, we are preparing a joint project to implement bSDD technology in the corporation's divisions. We have served as experts, providers, and technical partners in the informational modeling category of the World Construction Championship (WCC) 2020 and participated in the VI and VII professional skills competitions Best in Profession in the Construction Complex of the Nuclear Industry by the CCKC Rosatom in 2018-2019.

As members of organizations such as NAICS and NOPSM, we actively participate in working groups and act as experts at various commissions and international forums. We have been involved in events such as the buildingSMART International Summit, Autodesk BIM Congress, KNAUF Academy, ROSPROM and RF CCI events, Global Manufacturing and Industrialization Summit (GMIS), Smart Energy World Russia, Autodesk University Russia 2019, AstanaBuild 2019, BIM Forum 2019, St. Petersburg International Economic Forum 2019, Global Technology Leadership Forum, BIM Design Construction Operation Forum, Industrial Transformation Asia Pacific 2019, BATIMAT RUSSIA 2020, Second Conference on BIM and BEM modeling in engineering systems, buildings, and structures, and the 21st All-Russian Exhibition Domestic Building Materials - 2020, among many others.
