Bindung und Beziehung is a family support practice led by Katjana Sünnemann, a family counselor, course facilitator, doula and mother of three. Based in Kaltenkirchen, the practice supports families in the local area and offers counseling both in person and online. Its approach is attachment- and relationship-oriented, with an emphasis on understanding children, strengthening connection, and building trust in everyday family life.

Parents can book family counseling to explore questions and challenges in a supportive, confidential setting, as well as a free introductory conversation. Courses, including “Understanding Children Better,” and workshops provide opportunities to develop insight into children’s needs while also considering parents’ own experiences. The practice also offers workshops and professional development for pedagogical professionals.

As a doula, Katjana provides personal, compassionate support to women during the sensitive period around birth. Across its services, Bindung und Beziehung aims to help parents and professionals find greater understanding and connection in their relationships with children.
