About Bio Garantie d.o.o.
Bio Garantie Hrvatska is a certification and control body that ensures compliance with applicable ecological standards and regulations. As part of the Easy-Cert group, we support farms and companies in the food sector, helping them develop and strengthen their market position. Our services include recognizable controls and certification of EU organic standards and other private ecological standards, as well as safety food standards.
We specialize in certifying organic agriculture, processing, and food production, working closely with international departments to ensure that our clients meet the ecological regulations, from field inspections to product placement on store shelves. When you contact us, we provide all the information you need about organic cultivation, processing, and trading. By signing a control agreement and registering in the ecological system, you commit to complying with EU organic product requirements and national laws.
Our experienced controllers conduct inspections based on a predetermined plan and create reports on their findings. If any deviations are found, corrective measures must be implemented within the specified timeframe. Additionally, sampling may be done in cases of high risk or suspicion.
After the control, our certifiers evaluate the control report in accordance with EU regulations and national laws, potentially modifying the initial findings. Upon meeting the requirements, we issue a certificate/confirmation that validates the products/services' compliance with relevant EU and national regulations. The certificate displays all the inspected crops, products, and services along with their valid status.
Please note that payment of the control and/or certification fee is required to receive the certificate. You can access the eco-certificates we issue on our EASY-CERT platform, which provides direct access to your certificate and the status of your crops, products, and services. With this platform, consumers can have confidence in the eco-friendly status of their purchases.
