Biocoop Estella is an independent organic grocery store in Auriol, France, and part of the Biocoop cooperative network. Established in 1991, the store became a worker cooperative (SCOP) in 2019. Its work is guided by a commitment to environmental protection, organic agriculture and reducing waste. The store says its product standards are stricter than France’s AB organic label and focuses on quality and responsible sourcing, including products from local producers and fair-trade goods.
