BIOMARANI is a family winery and vineyard located in the village of Gulgula, Kakheti, Georgia, right in the heart of the Alazani Valley. As a certified organic winery, we take pride in producing the highest quality qvevri wine without any additives, herbicides, or pesticides. Our commitment goes beyond the wine itself, as we aim to connect our family, friends, and wine enthusiasts to our Georgian roots and heritage for generations to come.

Situated in the Tsinandali microzone, a Protected Designations of Origin (PDO) within the Georgian wine industry, our winery and vineyard offer visitors a glimpse into the rich winemaking tradition of Kakheti, Georgia. While open visits may not be available, we welcome groups and wine enthusiasts to get in touch for a possible visit to our facilities. Our range of certified organic qvevri wines includes three premium single grape varieties: Khikhvi, Saperavi, and Kisi. All our wines are carefully crafted using 100% certified organic and endemic Georgian grape varieties grown in our own vineyard.

Over the years, BIOMARANI has gained recognition in the wine industry, particularly through media features by renowned natural wine author Simon J. Wolf. Our 2016 Saperavi was mentioned as one of his top 5 wine discoveries of 2020.
