About BioMed Alliance
BioMed Alliance is a unique organization that represents 36 leading Biomedical Societies in Europe. Comprised of more than 400,000 researchers and health professionals, it is a result of a collaborative initiative by top European medical societies. The mission of the BioMed Alliance is to serve as a unified voice for its members, seeking to facilitate and enhance biomedical research across Europe.
Additionally, the organization strives to create a framework for improved training and mobility of researchers and healthcare professionals. It actively represents its members in policy and strategic matters and works towards improving public understanding of medical science in Europe. With a strong focus on excellence, the BioMed Alliance aims to enhance the representation of biomedical researchers, disciplines, and associations, advocating for increased funding to advance biomedical research.
