BioMedsAI, Inc. is a biomedical research and technology company focused on making sequencing analysis reproducible, independently checked, and useful for discovery. Its Virtual Lab pairs Padma, an AI scientist, with a team of scientists to help researchers plan studies, write and run code, analyze data, create figures, interpret findings, and prepare papers.

The service accepts data or samples across modalities and diseases, including bulk and single-cell RNA, ATAC, CITE-seq, single-cell DNA, WES/WGS, and spatial data. Workflows include an independent quality-control gate, containerized and versioned pipelines, and scientist-led analysis with a signed report and consultation. BioMedsAI also offers independent target verification, including assessment of whether targets hold up under replication using its Public Data Atlas.

Its Trust Layer conducts independent evaluations of AI safety in biomedicine, with pre-registration, funder disclosure, and publication of null results; the company says it does not evaluate its own products. Its Frontier initiative explores disease-specific virtual cells and in-silico therapeutics tested through laboratory work
