Biondelli is a family-owned boutique winery and hospitality estate in the heart of Franciacorta, Italy. The estate has been the Biondelli family home since the 1940s, and its work centres on producing traditional-method sparkling wines from grapes grown exclusively on its own vineyards. Across ten hectares of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, grapes are hand-harvested and each stage—from pressing and vinification to bottling, disgorgement and ageing—takes place on the estate. Modern cellar equipment supports the family’s careful approach, while extended ageing on the lees helps shape the wines’ character.

Biondelli’s Franciacorta range includes Blanc de Blancs Pas Dosé, Satèn, Donna Clemy Rosé Millesimato and Première Dame Riserva Pas Dosé.
