BioticNRG is a UK bioenergy and organic waste recycling business with more than 20 years of experience in the renewable energy sector. Through its operating companies and investment platform, it develops and manages facilities that turn waste and sustainable feedstocks into useful products and energy. Its portfolio includes nine anaerobic digestion sites across the UK, supplying gas to the National Grid or generating green electricity and heat for local businesses and the grid.
These sites also produce high-quality digestate and food-grade, kosher-certified CO2. BioticNRG provides operational and site-management services for additional anaerobic digestion plants and operates five licensed composting sites across the Midlands and East of England. Its compost meets PAS 100 and the Compost Quality Protocol, while its product range includes soil improver and landscaping and ornamental bark.
The business also offers poultry-house cleaning, litter disposal and general haulage services. Supported by APG Asset Management and managed by Palisade Real Assets, BioticNRG is expanding its UK and European operations, with a focus on engineering, decarbonisation and the transition to a low-carbon economy
