BioTune Know Your Body

BioTune® is a personalised movement, training and recovery brand based in Cologne, Germany, founded by Jerry Elliott, a former professional boxer and personal trainer with more than 20 years of experience. Its approach treats the body as an interconnected movement system, combining multidirectional exercise with strength, mobility, stretching, rotation, balance, coordination and body awareness. Sessions are adapted to each client’s level and goals, with the aim of supporting natural movement, strength, flexibility and body control.

BioTune offers individual body and movement training, boxing and fitness coaching, massage and recovery, and specialist sessions focused on the back and shoulders. Its recovery services use targeted massage and muscle-relaxation techniques to address areas of tension and support the body’s natural recovery. Sessions are listed at 60 minutes, from €75. The brand also highlights private, distraction-free coaching and offers a satisfaction guarantee. Through its associated Ell Jee Sports business, BioTune connects clients with boxing equipment and training tools.
