BioVenta is a leading brand in the Baltic states, specializing in the production of biodiesel. Established in 2004, the company's biodiesel production plant was completed in 2008. With a maximum capacity of 100,000 tons of biodiesel per year, BioVenta is the largest biodiesel production complex in the region.

In addition to biodiesel, the factory also produces up to 65,000 tons of rapeseed cakes for animal feed, 9,000 tons of pharmaceutical-grade glycerin, and 1,600 tons of potassium sulfate fertilizer annually. The manufacturing complex consists of storage and handling facilities for rapeseed seeds and cakes, an oil pressing workshop, a biodiesel production workshop, and a biodiesel handling complex. The biodiesel production capacity is 100,000 tons per year, while the rapeseed oil production capacity is 35,000 tons per year.
