About Megabiodiversity
BioVoxel.Earth is a territorial intelligence platform that helps governments, funds and companies turn biodiversity and other place-based information into decision-ready evidence. Its approach combines legal analysis, conflict mapping, monitoring-debt assessment and the MGBSD framework, connecting geodiversity, biodiversity, sociodiversity, governance, economy and interoperability. The platform’s BioVoxel concept brings six contextual readings together for each data point and tracks evidence, provenance, regulatory links and certainty over time.
Services and tools include territorial atlases, legal corpora, auditable metrics, compliance mapping and monitoring interfaces. The compliance engine demonstrates how territorial data may connect to requirements across EUDR, MSC, CSRD, environmental impact assessment, TNFD and the high seas. BioVoxel.Earth also presents the DIA Panama Observatory as an anchor case, with 211 documented environmental cases, 40 mapped legal instruments, 2,139 linked articles and 17,467 territorial units analyzed. Its Qhipa Pacha program in Ecuador works with the CONFENACCOM confederation of comunas on community-governed territorial evidence, with consent and value intended to flow back to the territory.
