About BIOWAYS
BIOWAYS is a pioneering initiative dedicated to promoting the potential of bio-based research and enhancing public understanding of bio-based products. Aimed at raising awareness and increasing adoption, BIOWAYS employs innovative communication strategies and public engagement activities to disseminate knowledge about bio-based solutions. The project focuses on five key value chains: plant biomass, forestry biomass, agro-based production, waste valorization, and bio-energy production.
Through a comprehensive digital platform, BIOWAYS provides access to a wealth of resources, including factsheets, videos, and educational materials designed to enlighten citizens about the benefits of bio-based products. The initiative also fosters collaboration among stakeholders across Europe, encouraging discussions on the bio-based economy's societal impact.
