The center also provides offices and shared workspaces in Songdo and Jemulpo, along with networking lounges, meeting rooms, and multipurpose facilities.

For residents, the center supports Incheon e-wallet, a mobile service designed to make municipal administration and welfare services easier and more secure. Its features include eligibility verification, electronic certificate issuance, one-stop service applications, civic convenience services, and locally tailored services. The center also promotes public participation through activities such as service challenges and information about the e-wallet.

Its broader goals include connecting technology, people, and investment; developing blockchain talent and startup infrastructure; and applying blockchain to Incheon’s specialized industries.
