Birchtech

Birchtech is an innovative environmental technology company dedicated to creating a cleaner and safer planet. Formerly known as ME 2 C, it specializes in advanced mercury emission control and sustainable potable water treatment solutions. The company harnesses its proprietary SEA® Technologies, developed in partnership with the U.S. Department of Energy and the University of North Dakota, to effectively capture and eliminate harmful contaminants from air and water.

With a mission to lead in purifying essential resources, Birchtech emphasizes rapid testing and analysis, focusing on low ash and low arsenic solutions to enhance clean water technology. Its commitment to sustainability extends to the extraction of rare earth elements from coal ash, addressing both environmental and economic challenges.

Birchtech is poised for significant growth, having recently expanded its offerings to include new activated carbon technologies aimed at removing PFAS, the so-called "forever chemicals," from drinking water. Through relentless innovation and strategic partnerships, Birchtech continues to push the boundaries of environmental protection while enhancing shareholder value.
