Bird Valley Organics is a distinguished brand that operates a Hügelkultur cannabis farm, situated amidst the scenic Santa Cruz County hills. As winners of the prestigious 2021 Emerald Cup, we pride ourselves on our commitment to regenerative practices and healing cannabis medicine. Our founders, Terry Sardinas and Manny Alvarez, are passionate third-generation farmers and first-generation Americans who were inspired by California's thriving cannabis medicine movement.
After immersing themselves in the expertise of cultivators and wellness leaders, they established Bird Valley Organics in 2011. Today, our Hügelkultur farm, nestled in the beautiful Santa Cruz Mountains, produces a range of whole plant full spectrum oils that provide natural healing benefits to people across California.
