Bi-Rite Market

Bi-Rite Creamery is a San Francisco creamery known for small-batch ice cream and baked goods made by hand with care. Founded by two bakers, the brand set out to create delicious treats in a responsible, sustainable way, using locally sourced ingredients and seasonal produce. Its rotating menu brings together classic, fruity, and inventive flavors, including Salted Caramel and seasonal offerings such as Orange Cardamom, alongside limited-edition collaborations.

The creamery serves scoops, handcrafted sundaes, soft serve, popsicles, and ice cream sandwiches. Customers can also order pints, packaged cups, sandwiches, popsicles, and ice cream cakes ahead, with delivery available for selected popular flavors. Its baked treats include cookies, brownies, pies, and other housemade favorites.

Bi-Rite highlights ingredients from partners including Straus Family Creamery organic dairy, Valley Ford Creamery soft serve, Ritual Coffee Roasters espresso, and Guittard chocolate. Seasonal ingredients and handmade additions, such as almond toffee and chocolate cookies, help give its recipes distinctive flavor. The creamery is open daily, and its broader offerings include catering and gift cards.
