Birkenhof is a family-run farm in Schwaikheim, Germany, led by Sarah and Christian Betz, who represent its third generation. Combining agricultural tradition with a range of visitor services, the farm is particularly known in the greater Stuttgart area for its modern Western riding stable. Its equestrian offerings include horse boarding, training, riding lessons and breeding.
The Birkenhof distillery brings together traditional methods and innovation, producing spirits and liqueurs from its own fruit and other raw materials. Its range includes fruit brandies, eaux-de-vie, fine spirits, liqueurs, whisky and gin. Visitors can also browse the farm shop, which sells Birkenhof’s own products alongside selected regional foods from partner businesses. Items listed include potatoes, pasta, farmhouse bread and apples, as well as other products.
Through its combination of horse-related services, distilling and locally focused retail, Birkenhof offers customers several ways to experience the farm. It is located on Winnender Straße in Schwaikheim and welcomes visitors to explore its offerings.
