Birkmire Trucking

Birkmire is a family-owned and operated moving, storage, and transportation company serving Erie, Pennsylvania, since 1947. The company provides residential and commercial solutions designed to meet changing customer needs, combining local knowledge with experienced service. For household moves, Birkmire offers local and long-distance logistics using its Big Box mobile storage units, which can be delivered to customers, packed at their own pace, and transported to a new location. Short-term transitional storage is also available for people between homes.

Residential storage options include mobile units stored in a heated warehouse and containers kept at a customer’s location. Businesses can access more than 100,000 square feet of heated warehouse space, dock-height storage, on-site containers, mobile trailer units, and custom field offices for commercial, industrial, construction, and institutional uses. Birkmire also supplies refrigerated storage, including self-contained cooled trailers for businesses, events, and emergency needs. Its trucking and transportation services support the movement of goods, while flexible delivery and access arrangements help customers coordinate storage and logistics.
