Produced in the scenic Friuli region, known for its natural beauty and rich cultural heritage, our low-fermentation light beer is a true embodiment of our commitment to quality. Friuli Venezia Giulia, the region where our beer is made, is located in northeastern Italy, bordering Slovenia and Austria.

From the stunning Karst Plateau with its wind-sculpted rocks and caves, to the breathtaking mountain panoramas of the Dolomites, Carnia, and the Julian Alps, this region encompasses diverse landscapes. The coastline features tranquil lagoons and long sandy beaches, including the renowned Lignano Sabbiadoro. The Friuli Venezia Giulia region is also known for its cultural richness, shaped by a complex history and the convergence of diverse populations.

Birra Friuli was born from an idea inspired by our experience in California, where the craft beer market sets an example for the world. Emily, Patrick, and Alex sought to combine the innovation of the American craft beer market with the strengths of their own region. Water plays a crucial role in our production, and the high-quality raw ingredients sourced from the Dolomites Friulane give our beer a distinct advantage.

Our production takes place in San Pietro al Natisone, a testament to our region's endless resources. We are proud to introduce a unique lager with a low fermentation process, offering an incredible drinkability and freshness. Crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail, our beer stands out with its exceptional characteristics.

Birra Friuli offers two variations: Bionda and Rossa. The Bionda is a light lager with an alcohol percentage of 4. 7%, created using barley malt, rice flakes, hops, and yeast.

On the other hand, the Rossa is a Marzem-style beer with an alcohol percentage of 6%, made with water, malt, hops, and yeast. Both beers are carefully crafted to deliver a one-of-a-kind taste experience.
